Emily (18), a B-girl from a rough neighborhood, aspires to become the first breaker of her country to compete for an Olympic medal. She manages to get accepted into the Olympic training camp, where she fights to transform herself from street dancer to athlete, and where she pushes herself to the very limit to be the best of the best. However, just as she is about to realize her dream, life in the neighborhood pulls her back in and threatens to jeopardize everything she has achieved.
